By accessing and using SmartCash Community, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of the Service

SmartCash Community is a private educational community driven by the passion of helping individuals better

understand financial markets, entrepreneurship, personal development, trading and investing. SmartCash

Community is not a financial academy, broker, regulated entity, investment manager, or provider of financial

services. No returns, profits, percentages, specific outcomes, or financial success are promised.

2. No Financial, Legal or Tax Advice

All information shared is for educational purposes only. Users are solely responsible for their own financial

decisions.

3. Risks and Individual Responsibility

Trading and investing involve significant risks. Users acknowledge they may lose part or all capital used in

trading or investing activities.

4. Choice of Brokers

Users are free to choose any broker or platform. Any broker references are shared experiences and not

recommendations or guarantees.

5. Copy Trading

CopyX, FuturX, trade-copying technology, educational signals, automation tools, or similar systems do not

guarantee results. Some futures-related programs may utilize simulated prop-firm capital, which is not

equivalent to client funds, managed accounts, or investment management services.

6. Responsible Use and Limitation of Liability

Use of SmartCash is entirely at the user’s own risk. SmartCash is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or

consequential damages.

7. Payments and Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable due to the digital and educational nature of the services.

8. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

All videos, recordings, live sessions, documents, graphics, educational materials, strategies, and content

belong exclusively to SmartCash Community. Recording, copying, redistributing, sharing credentials, screen

recording, commercial use, or resale is prohibited.

8A. Community Access

Access to Discord servers, private groups, educational portals, live sessions, recordings, and community

resources may be revoked if a user violates community standards, harasses others, distributes content

without permission, or promotes competing services.

9. Modifications

SmartCash may modify these Terms at any time.

10. Jury Trial Waiver

The parties knowingly and voluntarily waive their right to a jury trial in any dispute arising from or related to

SmartCash Community.

11. Mentor and Educator Disclaimer

Mentors, educators, guest speakers, moderators, and community leaders act solely as educational

contributors. Their opinions and experiences should never be interpreted as personalized financial advice or

guarantees of performance.
